Triway Grange is a nonprofit organization staffed by volunteers. We are excited to support our community and to help you have a successful event. Please have patience with response times. Plan for your setup and cleanup needs.
Private parties or events needing a quiet environment need to book both floors.
Check availability on our calendar! Event titles state which floor(s) are already booked (up, dn, or all(up+dn)).
We require at least 30 minutes between each booking to help smooth transition between events.
All rentals require meeting to sign a rental contract and paying a refundable $250 security/damage deposit before we can add your reservation to the calendar.
Rental rate depends on length, number of floors, and private/nonprofit renter status.
Confirm the time you want is available, then call or text us to get price quote and ask any questions. If we meet your needs and budget then set up a time to meet at the Triway Grange to view our venue, ask questions, sign contract, and pay the deposit (and rate)

Kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, double sink, coffee pot, and enough counter space to serve a large party. Dining area across from the kitchen has room for 10+ to gather and/or dine. The lower event hall has plenty of room for a large meal, smaller dancing events, dance lessons, group projects, club gatherings, and more. Plenty of chairs and folding tables available for downstairs events.
Plenty of parking along side of building and in front. Side lawn has room for outdoor market tents, bouncy house, etc. when weather permits. Grounds are shared resource for floor rentals so make sure you describe your event size and any special arrangements you need. We will do our best to make your event a great success!
