We’d love to have you here!

Rent one or both floors for dances, lessons, private parties, games, social events, meetings, church gatherings, and more.

·  Upstairs (dance hall floor, stage, speakers, chairs, tables, …)

·  Downstairs (kitchen, dining, banquet hall/smaller dance floor, chairs, tables, …)

·  Grounds (side lawn, parking lot, …)

Recent rentals include: birthday parties, Square Dance lessons, 60+ person BBQ picnic, themed dance parties, Jazzercise, HOA board meeting, weekly church gathering, twice a week kids robotics club, monthly psychic fair, indoor plant exchange, strawberry "canning jam", and more...

How To Rent 

1. Review photos and information below to see if the hall meets your event needs

2. Check our Events calendar for availability and more (see Renting Tips below)

3. Write out your event needs and any questions including: 

• Date(s) and time(s) you want including your setup and cleanup (and are available on Events calendar) 

• Event type

• Any questions or specific needs

4. Text or leave a message at 516-T-GRANGE (516-847-2643) with your name, phone number, and your event needs

5. We will call as soon as we can to answer your questions, confirm availability, and go over rental contract

Renting Tips

1. Triway Grange is a nonprofit organization staffed by volunteers. We are excited to support our community and to help you have a successful event. Please have patience with response times. Plan for your setup and cleanup needs.

2. Private parties or events needing a quiet environment need to book both floors.

3. Check availability on our calendar! Event titles state which floor(s) are already booked (up, dn, or all(up+dn)).

4. We require at least 30 minutes between each booking to help smooth transition between events.

5. All rentals require meeting to sign a rental contract and paying a refundable $250 security/damage deposit before we can add your reservation to the calendar.

6. Rental rate depends on length, number of floors, and private/nonprofit renter status. 

7. Confirm the time you want is available, then call or text us to get price quote and ask any questions. If we meet your needs and budget then set up a time to meet at the Triway Grange to view our venue, ask questions, sign contract, and pay the deposit (and rate)

Upstairs (up)

168 person max capacity in the upstairs event hall. Comfortable padded chairs with plenty of additional chairs and tables available. Stage with curtains and small backstage. Audio system available to play music live or recorded. Natural hardwood dance floor perfect for dances, receptions, and more. 

Downstairs (dn)

Kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, double sink, coffee pot, and enough counter space to serve a large party. Dining area across from the kitchen has room for 10+ to gather and/or dine. The lower event hall has plenty of room for a large meal, smaller dancing events, dance lessons, group projects, club gatherings, and more. Plenty of chairs and folding tables available for downstairs events.

Outside:

Plenty of parking along side of building and in front. Side lawn has room for outdoor market tents, bouncy house, etc. when weather permits. Grounds are shared resource for floor rentals so make sure you describe your event size and any special arrangements you need. We will do our best to make your event a great success!
